A native of Upstate New York, Ms. Wiggins came to South Florida to complete her legal education. Her experiences with the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit and at a prominent Hollywood law firm where she focused on business and commercial litigation solidified her desire to continue developing her career in Broward County.
Ms. Wiggins earned a Bachelors of Arts from Williams College, with a dual major in Political Science and Spanish, a Master of Business Administration from D’Amore-Mckim Business School of Northeastern University and her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. At Northeastern University, Ms. Wiggins focused her studies on Corporate, Commercial and Intellectual Property Law. She was a member of the Black Lawyers Student Association, the Intellectual Property Society, participated in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court competition and was heavily involved in the entrepreneurial community on campus, providing legal information to start-up companies.
As a current member of the Broward County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, she is now establishing her niche in the South Florida legal community. Her passion for law has been driven by a love of business, dispute resolution and critical analysis.
Ms. Wiggins joined Rajtar & Associates, P.A. in 2018, and practices in the areas of Association Law, Landlord-Tenant disputes, and Commercial and Real Estate litigation as well as Transactional Real Estate.
